We stayed in one of the Forest cottage. We loved the grounds of the hotel and the gardens were so beautiful. We booked late and the only room available was one of the cottages. We found the decor to be very dated including the bathroom and it had no air con. The bathroom taps were very stiff. The pool area for these cottages felt like it needed updating/cleaned and the lounger covers on the chairs were in need of a clean and quite dirty. Overall we were quite disappointed with the accommodation. Perhaps the pool room would be better. We found the reception staff very friendly and very helpful arranging a transfer for us.

All the rooms are different but all are good-sized. Our room has double bathroom sinks, a large shower, a chaise lounge in addition to two armchairs. Very comfy. The breakfasts are excellent! Their so-called mini-continental is big enough to fill up most people: fresh baked muffin, croissant, fresh fruit, cheeses& meats, yogurt, juice, coffee. But you can also add eggs Benedict, omelette, shashuska, French toast— all included! We were in the winter but I can see how nice it’d be to enjoy their pool and gardens in the summer. Highly recommend.

"Stayed for 3 nights in June 2025 prior to a group tour. The hotel is great and all of the staff members were lovely and kind! The only negative about this hotel is that it is essentially at the end of a dead end road (there is a security fence surrounding the hotel), so you have to follow the road ..."
